The perfect touch for a successful pizza : pieces of Société® Roquefort
3 oz Société® Roquefort PDO cheese
1 pizza dough
2 button mushrooms
1 chicken breast
4 tomatoes
2 rosemary sprigs
2 onions

Salt and pepper

Cut tomatoes into cubes.

Peel 1 onion and thinly slice it.

Heat a little olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion for 5 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and the sprigs of rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.

Cover and cook for 40 minutes over low heat.

Remove the sprigs of rosemary and mix into a sauce.

Cook the chicken breast in a pan with a little olive oil for 15 minutes.

Cut chicken into thin slices.

Slice the mushrooms.

Chop the remaining onion.

Spread the pizza dough on a baking sheet.

Spread the tomato sauce on the dough.

Put the onion, mushrooms, chicken slices and crumbled Roquefort PDO cheese on the pizza

Heat your oven to 410°F and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
