Cut tomatoes into cubes.
Peel 1 onion and thinly slice it.
Heat a little olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion for 5 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and the sprigs of rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook for 40 minutes over low heat.
Remove the sprigs of rosemary and mix into a sauce.
Cook the chicken breast in a pan with a little olive oil for 15 minutes.
Cut chicken into thin slices.
Slice the mushrooms.
Chop the remaining onion.

Heat your oven to 410°F and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
