Chicken burger with Roquefort cheese sauce

Surprise your friends with this burger’s incredible taste thanks to its Roquefort sauce. A guaranteed trip to France with every bite.

 4 hamburger buns
 ⅔ cup light cream
 3 oz Société Roquefort PDO cheese
 1 chicken breast
 2 tomatoes
 2 romaine lettuce pieces
 2 button mushrooms
 2 onions
 Salt and Pepper

Melt the Roquefort PDO cheese with the cream over low heat.

Meanwhile, cook the chicken breast in a little olive oil until done.

Season with salt and pepper on each side.

When the chicken is cooked, let cool and cut into slices.

Peel and slice the onions and cook them in a little olive oil until tender.

Slice the mushrooms.

Cut the tomatoes into slices.

On each hamburger bun, pour some hot Roquefort cheese sauce.

Add 2 slices of tomatoes, slices of chicken, onions, salad leaves and finish with a few slices of mushroom.
Set bun tops in place and enjoy.
