Société Roquefort PDO bacon wrapped prunes

 4.50 oz Société Roquefort PDO cheese
 12 oz smoked bacon
 2 oz of Président butter
 9 oz pitted prunes
 Sliced white bread

Tuck a piece of Société Roquefort PDO into each pitted prune

Stretch bacon with the back of a knife, halve and roll around the prunes

Cut circles out of bread with a small biscuit cutter

Melt the butter; brush over tops of bread

Put on a baking sheet and grill until golden brown

Arrange on a service plate

Grill the prunes until the bacon is crisp & arrange on the toasts
